Kyle TX Land Development Project

Rastegar Property Company is developing a master planned community located in East Kyle, Texas, on the I-35 corridor. Kyle is 20 miles south of Austin and 60 miles north of San Antonio. The Land Development Project is a total of 320 acres. Consisting of several parcels for a combined total of 1,000 lots that will be made into single family homes. 36 Acres are zoned for multifamily accommodating 1,400 residential units. 12 acres of Retail / Commercial land and an elementary school site for Hays ISD.
